Companion Rescue Refresher
This Companion Rescue Refresher is designed to help those that have done the AST – 1 but have become a bit rusty with their tools. We will re-introduce the fundamentals of transceiver use, the latest search methods, review effective probing and the most up to date shovelling techniques. This 1 day course is a great way to hone those skills and set you up for success in the mountains if the worst happens.

A comprehensive on-line tutorial with testing after each module is complete to make sure you understand the important info. This “work at your pace” tutorial is full of great information as well as links to definitions, videos and more. We highly recommend each student clicks all the links to get the best value!

This course is delivered west of Panorama. A one ride lift ticket may be required for the course if you do not have a seasons pass. If the minimum is not met additional fees may apply.
